One thing we do in our house with maple syrup is each person gets tablespoon of syrup in a little dipping bowl and they dip their cut up pancakes in the bowl with each bite. They don’t even use the whole tablespoon this way, its great!! Before they would keep asking for more and more syrup because it would soak into the pancakes and they thought that meant they needed more. The dipping method has lengthened the time it took us to use up a bottle greatly! Thanks for your site, I love all your tips!
