
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups butter
- 1 can pumpkin or 2 cups fresh or frozen ( thawed!) pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon ( optional: use pumpkin pie spice!)
- 4 cups of flour
Directions:
- <li >Mix all ingredients together
- Place on baking sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
- transfer to cooling rack
Makes approximately 100 cookies ( when using a 1 tbsp cookie dough dropper!)
