Donuts are a super easy breakfast food to hide fruits and veggies in! Some of my favorite foods to hide are:
- zucchini
- blue berries
- sweat potatoes
- pumpkin
- apples
I send the fruits/veggies through the food processor and the kids never even know they are inside the donuts! I use an extremely easy donut recipe… in fact it is the same recipe that I use for pancakes! Click here to check out my pancake recipe!

The best part about making your own donuts is that they freeze extremely well! I typically make a double/triple batch to have some in the freezer!
