- Ingredients:
- 2 cans black beans or 3 1/2 cups cooked beans ( click here to read how I cook dry beans in the crock pot)
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until totally smooth.
- Spread the mixture in an 8×8 pan
- Place in refrigerator until firm ( about 2 hours)
- Store in fridge or freeze to eat later!
