• Ingredients:
  • 2 cans black beans  or 3 1/2 cups cooked beans ( click here to read how I cook dry beans in the crock pot)
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until totally smooth.
  • Spread the mixture in an 8×8 pan
  • Place in refrigerator until firm ( about 2 hours)
  • Store in fridge or freeze to eat later!
