As I read her short article and clicked the link she recommended to check out, I have to say I now have a whole new look on migraines and how I should be handling them. I am typically pretty holistic when it comes to home remedies, but one thing I am not able to conquer ( or actually function with!) are migraines and I do jump to using over the counter remedies!
