Ingredients:

  • corn ( fresh, canned or frozen)
  • 3-4 cilantro cubes ( or 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and 2-3 tablespoons cilantro)

Directions:

  • place cilantro cubes in a skillet on high and allow to melt
  • add corn
  • fry corn until golden brown and begins to pop in hot skillet
