According to the article on the Huffington Post,  Bell Peppers “are relatively low in sugar, while also providing fiber and several antioxidants.”

We also love to eat sliced bell peppers ( especially red bell peppers!) and dip them in dressing!  I think Red Bell Peppers are my favorite!!
