My family has tried all of them, and eats about 99% of them on a regular basis! Especially now that my vegetarian step daughter lives with us!

  2. Jill B says:

We have tried or eat 34 on a regular basis.

    • Awesome! I am going to try to work some of the ones that my family hasn't tried into our meals in the next couple of weeks….. except for the sardines probably! I don't think hubby will be too keen on that one!

  3. We eat 25/50. Not too bad, but I'll have to incorporate some of the others!

  4. Mary says:

If not for food allergies, we would probably eat more than the 40 we already do.

  5. Rach says:

Only 8 out the list that we don't eat! Admittedly a few we only eat occasionally, but most are in our regular diet. I would have thought coconut would be on the list.

  6. Eva says:

We didn't do to bad! =)

  7. Amanda Boehmer says:

WOW Pretty good for us too! I need to do some Kale and I am not sure what the others are… I will have to look them up!

  8. Elisabeth says:

My family has tried all of them… we eat most of them on a regular basis depending on what's in season.

  9. tcarolinep says:

    All of them.

  12. Roxy says:

Good list! There are a few things I don't think I could get dh or ds to try like the sardines but some of them we could work on like the beets and quinoa. We also only buy whole milk and would never buy skim. Also even though we do eat white potatoes I don't think they are very good for us. As far as adding anything maybe coconut oil, organ meats and grass fed butter.

  13. raggammuffin says:

    32

  14. Ann P. says:

We eat a lot of these foods, but there are things like coffee only my husband drinks and we don't really do beets or sardines or red wine! 37/50.

  15. Valerie says:

40, not too bad! I really dislike beets and sardines, so they arent even close to being on my shelves.

  16. Shebella says:

My family and I have tried and we currently eat 28 items on the healthiest list.

We've tried all of them and eat all but 5 regularly!

  21. Elena says:

    49 of them

  22. meredith says:

We eat all of them – I usually hide them in other foods to ease the intro into new foods for my picky eaters

  23. Jodi says:

43/50. Lots of these are staples in our house!

  24. Jana H says:

My family eats 35 of the 50 quite regularly. My 3 year olds fave snack is seaweed!

  25. Becky says:

There are actually don't eat 13 of them coffee, white tea potatoes and quinoa, among them. Also milk products cuz of allergies.

That was a fun list to go through and see how we did. There were 12 items we don't eat regularly, but honestly, only 1 item on the list is something I've never even tried.

  28. Katie says:

22/50. Definitely not the best, but it's a start.

  29. waka network says:

My family can eat all healthy foods on the list.

  30. Lauren says:

I have tried all of these and eat most of them on a regular basis!

  31. Kelly H says:

We eat all but 7 of those, so 43. I want to get some chia seeds soon!

  32. Heidi says:

I find I eat most of them, but some I don't see in my grocery store (chia seeds, for instance) and so have never tried. ..also some of these can be expensive and the fruit I generally can only afford when in season.
