My family goes through tons of peanut butter. I put peanut butter in smoothies, we use it for cookies, sandwiches, dipping apples, and we even eat it directly off of the spoon!  One thing that I learned very quickly about buying peanut butter is to ALWAYS check the ingredients!!

Natural Peanut Butter only has 2 ingredients: peanuts and salt!  If there is ever sugar added or any type of oil, then the peanut butter is NOT natural!!  Peanut Butter is also super easy to make yourself!

Peanut Butter:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  • Place ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth, or until your desired consistency.   Stir as needed!
  • Store in the fridge.

My family’s favorite peanut butter is the Whole Food’s 365 Brand.  My local store sells it for $1.97 for a 18 oz. jar.  I always buy an entire case ( 12 jars of peanut butter!) and receive the 10% off case discount.  Which makes natural peanut butter only $1.75 each.  I can’t find real natural peanut butter that cheap anywhere else!!
