This week was a new adventure at the grocery store. The entire family went grocery shopping, on a Friday night, at 5:30pm, on a holiday weekend! I am very excited to say that we actually stayed in budget! We didn’t need much this week for meals and since it is a holiday weekend we didn’t buy the healthiest of foods, and contained more treats than anything, but we did stay with in our budget!!

You did good! I'm glad to see someone posting deals about Kroger….with basic coupon doubles (no triples or anything). Kroger is pretty much what I use here in Small Town USA but it seems no one ever posts deals. Glad to have found you (via a comment on moneysavingmom).
Going to start following your blog!
Thanks! I typically shop Krogers because the coupons double up to $1.00. We also have a local international market that has great deals on clearance produce that I like. I do not mind driving to both stores in a week because they are less than a mile from the house and each other! Meijer is the other place I shop, but not every week! Thanks for following! I will be sure to check your blog out!
