One of the best ways that my family saves money on meat is by serving perfect portions. This week I made Pulled Beef out of a 3 lb roast.  By serving perfect portions I have 5 meals out of my roast. I divided the pulled beef into 2oz portions and froze it in silicone baking cups.

Once the pulled beef is froze I remove it from the silicone baking cups and place it into a freezer bag.  Having perfect portions individually frozen in the freezer makes it easy to pull out a meal for the whole family or just a few servings for lunch!

Good idea, Lindsay. I will try that one. Where did you get the silicone cups?

I bought them on amazon. They come in a set of 12. Check out my Money Saving Products Store for more information on them!! They are totally worth buying along with the larger silicone baking cups. ( also found in my Money Saving Products Store!)
