This is the month that we will be cleaning out the freezer!  I have so much frozen right now I am afraid that I won’t have room for everything coming out of the garden!  I am so careful during the week to freeze things before they go bad that now it is time to work on the frozen stash!

For the next month I am committed to only purchase staples needed to make meals.  I have even suspended our weekly delivery service for the next few weeks! I have tons of frozen fruit and plenty of frozen veggies!  Now I just have to work on my meal plan!

Thursday: Chicken and Homemade Dumplings.  I will use  a portion of the chicken that I made and froze last week, some of the frozen chicken stock that I have, a few handfuls of frozen corn and peas and make home made dumplings!

Friday: My in laws are coming in town so we will probably be ordering out!

Saturday: Breakfast:  Omelets using the green peppers and onions that I have chopped and froze together  plus some of the diced tomatoes I froze!  Dinner:  Left over Chicken and Dumplings

Sunday: Breakfast: Easy Breakfast Casserole using the green peppers and onions I have froze.  Lunch: Tuna Mac, using some of the frozen beans that I have. Dinner: Meatloaf Balls, corn on the cob, green beans… all of which I have in the freezer!
